Ancillary Meetings

Ancillary meetings, whether CME or non-CME, are functions that involve AAIC attendees but are not planned, executed or sponsored by the Alzheimer's Association.

These functions include but are not limited to:

  • Corporate meetings.
  • Customer events.
  • Focus groups/advisory boards.
  • Hospitality functions.
  • Industry poster receptions.
  • Investigator meetings.
  • Staff meetings.
  • Social events.
  • Slide reviews and pre-program meetings.
  • Any formalized forum presenting information to conference attendees.

Meeting Guidelines and Application

Please review the Ancillary Meeting Guidelines (PDF) for approved meeting dates/times and other logistical information.

To request ancillary meeting space, please complete the Ancillary Meeting Application. Applications will be accepted until June 26, based on space availability.

Requests for all-day space holds or dates/times outside of the approved windows will not be approved. Companies seeking all-day offices are able to reserve Business Suites (PDF) in the convention center.
