About AAIC: An International Effort to Push Dementia Science Forward

The Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC) is the largest international meeting dedicated to advancing dementia science and clinical practice. Each year, AAIC convenes researchers, clinicians and dementia professionals from all career stages to share breaking research discoveries and clinical practice education that will lead to improvements in diagnosis, risk reduction and treatments for Alzheimer's disease and other dementia. From basic science to dementia care, every aspect of the field’s growing knowledge of dementia is incorporated into this world-class conference.

We deeply value the voices and lived experiences of people living with any disease that causes dementia and their care partners. Your insights help shape the future of our work, and we have incorporated many of your perspectives into our AAIC programming.

While we welcome your engagement across the breadth of events at AAIC, we encourage you to attend AAIC for All: Community, which is designed to support community members, including people living with any disease that causes dementia, and their care partners.

If you are still interested in attending the full AAIC programming, individuals living with dementia and accompanying care partners can register and attend the full five-day AAIC conference at no additional cost. For more information, please contact aaic@alz.org. Additionally, a list of sessions that are most accessible for general audiences will be shared closer to AAIC.
